Brother Jim joined the Angela Hospice team in early 2019, taking on the role of Director of Education. In this position he oversees the planning and development of educational programming, including orientation for new staff members, and continuing education for the maintenance of clinical skills and competence.

Brother Jim is a seasoned advanced practice nurse with a wealth of nursing leadership experience, including practice in oncology, hospice, and nursing education. He holds a Master of Science in Oncology Nursing from Widener University in Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Richard Stockton State College in New Jersey. He is a Conventual Franciscan Friar and has served as a member of the clinical nursing faculty at Madonna University since 2010. Brother Jim is also Nurse Coordinator for the U.S. National Rosary Lourdes Pilgrimage, and has completed 50 trips to Lourdes, France.
