Dr. Karishma Ellis is the physician for Angela Hospice’s Home Hospice program. She earned her bachelor’s in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University before going on to earn her masters from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. In 2013 she completed her doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, then went on to perform her residency in internal medicine at Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital, Detroit Medical Center. In 2017, Dr. Ellis completed a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program through Henry Ford Hospital, during which she spent a month at Angela Hospice. Dr. Ellis joined the Angela Hospice team as a full-time hospice physician in July of 2017.
