Social work is Mike Conway’s second career. He was so inspired after a family experience with hospice that he left a senior management position at 360 Services International and returned to school to become a social worker. He earned his Master of Social Work from Wayne State University in 2009, and also holds a Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies. Mike had interned with Angela Hospice while he was completing his schooling and was hired on as a home care social worker in 2011. Mike was promoted to Director of Social Work and Bereavement in 2017. In 2021, Mike was named Director of Social Services, overseeing the social work, Grief Care, and spiritual care teams.
